Robinson Jeffers Fall Festival October 4-6, 2024
From 1924 to 2024 and beyond: The enduring legacy of Robinson Jeffers
2024 marks the 100th anniversary of the publication of Tamar and Other Poems and the completion of the stonework of Hawk Tower at Tor House. The Fall Festival will explore the enduring legacy of Robinson Jeffers on the centennial of those two milestones.
The October 4-6 Festival program includes a sunset celebration, talks, a panel discussion, Jeffers' poetry, a banquet and two geological field trips.
Tickets: All events package, $100. Individual events prices: Friday Sunset Celebration, $25; Saturday box lunch, $25; Saturday programs are free and open to the public; Saturday banquet at the Pine Inn, $65. Sunday morning field trip and Sunday afternoon field trip: both trips are free but require advance registration and do not include admission to Point Lobos State Reserve in the morning. ($10 per car/walk-ins are free).
